This document describes how digibiro.com handles personal data. In short: the site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and the only personal data we process is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

What we process and why

Contact form. When you write to us, we process your name, company name, email address and message text. The sole purpose is answering your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to a message addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Form abuse protection. On submission we briefly process the sender's IP address to rate-limit the form; it is deleted automatically within minutes. The IP address is also included in the delivered email so we can recognise abuse.

Submissions are not stored in any database or CRM — they are delivered by email to [email protected] and exist only as ordinary email correspondence afterwards.

Processors

• Resend, Inc. — technical delivery of form messages (EU region servers, Ireland).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and DNS. Cloudflare processes technical network data (IP addresses) as a processor while serving the site.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — operation of our mailbox (Microsoft 365) where messages are delivered.

Retention

We keep email correspondence while handling your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, at most 3 years from the last contact unless a contractual relationship arises.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies or other browser storage. Traffic may be measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Send requests to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
